Recently Abdelbasset Felhi introduced a class of generalized (,,) proximal contraction for non-self maps in semi-metric spacesand gave some results on best proximity points and fixed points. In this paper, we used this generalized (,,) contraction for multivalued maps in symmetric spaces for the existence of fixed points and some related results for self maps. We provide sufficient conditions for the existence and uniqueness of fixed points by using the concept of - admissible.
