ABSTRACT India is a progressive country and every citizen of India must have progressive thinking to adjust to the changes in today's world. For the progress or development of any country education system prevailing there plays a significant role. Not only education but, a quality education which shows their imprints in later life of an individual. Still, some flaws are present in our system of education and these flaws make us backward in some competitions of life. And the great example of these flaws is " Madarsa system of education”. In general view, Madrasa is only for religious education or for Deeni Taleem, it is the misconception of peoples and this misconception becomes a hurdle in the development of Madarsa system. And the image the word "MADARSA" is worst in the Indian scenario. So there is an urgent need of modifications or advancement in system prevailing there. The main purpose of this study is this to bring a change which is positive in nature and gives satisfaction to survivors of this system. And the students admitted in Madaris will not remain deprived of modern or scientific education because it is their right to gain new and advance knowledge of the world. Another view regarding make students capable to face upcoming challenges in the field of education so they also can compete with other students of scientific background. Many more efforts required for the upliftment of status of Madaris system. Bridge course in various universities is established to fill the gap of knowledge between students of Madarsa background with mainstream students. Suitable measures should be taken to solve the problems of Madaris students. Innovative methods of teaching should be used by the teachers to teach and for this fresh and skilled teachers should be appointed. A curriculum should be modified and the use of ICT in the Madaris should be emphasized.
