Abstract
शिक्षण एक ऐसी गतिशील प्रक्रिया है जिसकी गतिशीलता बनाये रखने के लिए अनुकूल दृष्टिकोण और विशिष्ट प्रयास और चेष्टा की आवश्यकता है,वर्तमान अध्ययन बी० एड० और डी० एल० एड० विद्यार्थियों के शिक्षण व्यवसाय के प्रति अभिवृत्ति का पता लगाने के लिए आयोजित किया गया| इसमें बी० एड० और डी० एल० एड० के कुल 100 शिक्षक-प्रशिक्षुओं को न्यायदर्श के तौर पर लिया गया जिसमे 50 विद्यार्थियों का एक नमूना शान्ति रमेश चन्द्र महाविद्यालय बेन्दों करछना से और दुसरा बी० एड० के 50 विद्यार्थियों का नमूना इविंग क्रिस्चियन कॉलेज प्रयागराज से लिया गया है | आंकड़ों के संकलन के लिए एस० पी० अहलुवालिया की शिक्षण अभिवृत्ति परिसूची का प्रयोग किया गया जो की एक विश्वसनीय और वैध उपकरण है| आंकड़ो के विश्लेषण के लिए प्रतिशत , माध्यमान, प्रमाप विचलन, टी- टेस्ट आदि सांख्यकीय विधियों का प्रयोग किया गया| निष्कर्ष से पता चला कि बी० एड० और डी० एल० एड० विद्यार्थियों में शिक्षण अभिवृत्ति में कोई अंतर नहीं है|
