Title
“An EOQ Model with Modified Weibully Distributed Deterioration Rate, Time Dependent Demand with Linear Holding Cost”
Abstract
In this paper, an inventory model is developed with linear as well as quadratic demand. Three-parameters modified Weibull distribution is used to represent the distribution of time for deterioration. In the model considered here, shortages are allowed to occur and they are partially backlogged. The model is solved analytically to obtain the optimal solution of the problem. The derived model is illustrated by a numerical example and its sensitivity analysis is carried out.
