Title

STUDY OF COMPRESSIVE AND FLEXURE STRENGTH OF CONCRETE BY PARTIAL REPLACEMENT OF STEEL SLAG WITH THE NATURAL AGGREGATES (In M:40 Design Mix)

Abstract

Iron slag is a mechanical waste side-effect of steel industry. The interest for total in development industry is expanding quickly as is the interest for cement. In this investigation the coarse aggregate (CA) were mostly supplanted with iron slag aggregate (ISA) at various extents of 0%, 10%, 20%, 30% 40% and half (50%). Compressive Strength Quality and Flexural Strength Quality on M:40 evaluation of cement concrete with 0.45 water/cement proportion were researched. In which to decide and look at the Compressive Strength and Flexural Strength of cement with different rates of Iron Slag Aggregate. The outcome has been found from the different tests which were contrasted and regular cement. Consequently the utilization of iron slag in cement could improve the quality in cement.
