In this paper an attempt has been made to explore the weight distribution of the kth power of the sum of first n natural numbers; where k is a positive integer. At the end, a formula has been suggested and proved which is as follows: The kth power of the sum of the first n natural numbers is the Weighted Arithmetic Mean of the sum of their (2k-1)th powers, the sum of their (2k-3)th powers, the sum of their (2k-5)th powers,............ ; where k is a positive integer.
