The aim of the current study is to find out the cause of Low Learning outcome, low enrolment in Government Primary schools of Uttar Pradesh. And Opinion of Public towards Primary School. In order to achieve objective of the study following question is sought an answer through open and closed item related Questioner. Do you know the main cause of low enrolments in Government Primary school of Uttar Pradesh? Do you know the main cause of low learning outcome in Government Primary school of Uttar Pradesh. what you will do for increase enrolments in Government Primary school of Uttar Pradesh. And many other questions were asked by the research herself from the respondent. Descriptive survey method was used for present investigation. The present study comprised of 25 government schools district Deoria of Uttar Pradesh. In the present study total sample of 50 teachers and 50 parents were selected (2 teachers from each school). and 2 parents Whose children studying in private school from each village. They were selected on the basis of convenient sampling technique. According to results, Majority of the respondent responded that the main cause of low learning outcome in Government Primary school of Uttar Pradesh is Lack of parental education Parents are not aware for education of their children’s. The main cause of low enrolments in Government Primary school of Uttar Pradesh is, Lack of Physical and Human Recourses, Quality of Teachers, teachers absenteeism ,Interest of Parents due to increase their socioeconomic /financial status. Majority of the Public have negative opinion towards different aspect of Government School.
