Lack of resources and increasing environmental pollution has evoked great interest in the research of materials that are friendly to our environment. In the present research, Cork/Egg shell/Fly ash Natural hybrid composites are manufactured by varying weight percentages 60:40,70:30,80:20,90:10, 60:20:20,60:15:15,80:10:10,90:5:5 having particle has 50microns by using hand lay method. Hardness test and advanced computerized wear test was performed for wear evaluation with EN32 steel disk and round pin as the natural composite material sample. The influence of various process factors such as Load, Sliding Velocity and composition on the weight loss, friction coefficient, wear rate and wear resistence will going to determine for the natural composites. The consequence of the wear parameters was analysed and the optimum process parameters will going to be identify. The results of micro enhanced composite will investigate for disclose better resistance to wear than cork.The microstructural examination of the worn surface area of the composite sampling will going to analyze using SEM. Weight loss of composite instances will identify, in addition to the distinction of wear loss with load for natural hybrid composites with present application material.
