Premature heart disease, diabetes, and cancer are examples of non-communicable diseases that are becoming a severe problem. Unhealthy eating habits have been linked to a variety of ailments. In this paper, we offer a recommender system that makes nutritionally appropriate meal recommendations based on nutritional knowledge. Physical traits, physiological data, and other personal information in recent years, a number of studies have explored computer models for personalised meal recommendations based on nutritional information and user data. This article puts forth a general framework for daily food plan options. To produce recommendations for the essential food items, this system applied machine learning methods and methodologies. The K-means clustering and Random Forest classification methods are employed in this system. This system focuses on providing meal suggestions that assist the user in preserving and improving his or her health.
