In this paper, we have studies the two phase blood flow in coronary arteries during angina in human cardiovascular system. We have collected clinical data in case of angina for haemoglobin v/s blood pressure. We have considered the two phase blood flow, one phase which is plasma and other is red blood cells. We have applied the Non-Newtonian Power law model and are shown by the equation of continuity and equation of motion. Using real model and numerical method, hematocrit and blood pressure drop have been derived. The graphical presentation for hematocrit v/s blood pressure drop in much closed to the clinical observation.
