Title

Review on Taguchi Optimizaion in Sheet Metal Bending Operation

Abstract

The sheet metal forming technique is widely used in automotive industry for manufacturing of various components. Several different processing methods have been implemented in the industries to achive its repeatability and productivity. The current research reviews existing work conducted in sheet metal forming process using numerical and experimental techniques. The study on effect of operational parameters, material type and optimization process has been presented.
