Covid-19 pandemic caused to change many of the institution mode of teaching into E-learning, but ELearning methodology helped the educational process with interruption. This paper shows the effectiveness of learning among the students and teachers of department of science and humanities, Shaqra University. Simultaneously the study focused on how E- learning methodology and its tools functioned during Covid-19 pandemic in teaching and learning English language. To find out the result, quantitative survey was conducted among the English department’s faculty and students from Shaqra University
