Quality of Work Life (QWL) is a crucial aspect of the nursing profession, given the demanding nature of the work and the critical role that nurses play in patient care. This study explores the factors that have impact on QWL on nurses' such as Monetary benefit, non-monetary benefit, Interpersonal relationship with Doctors, Colleagues and Management and Mental health or stress. Majority of Likert scale have Cronbach α from excellent to good, thus questions Internal Consistency Reliability can be further used for questionnaire. QWL is high with Interpersonal relationship and physical and mental health, while not so high for Monetary and non-monetary benefit and working environment. Further organizations should make flexible policies and human friendly schedule so employees are satisfied and accelerate organizational development.
