The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted the lives and livehood of householders. However, little is known about its impact on householders food, nutrition security and increasing inequality. The goal of the study was to assess the impact of Covid-19 on food insecurity and increasing inequality of householder in Gaya District of Bihar. The study was data on field level household survey. The data was collected from 987 householders in Gaya District of Bihar. During pandemic lots of people loss of livelihood and income source was affected, the economically weaker sections. Finding reflected that there has been a significant decline in the percentage of householders that consumed vegetables, pluses, meats and sweets during the Covid-19 crisis. Massive people of Bihar migrant from Bihar to other States but during Covid-19 all working place is closed then different types of problem facing migrate labour. The study also documented the different impact of Covid-19 on the life food in securing and livehood of causal wage dependent householders and migrant householders when compared to regular wage and salaried householders.
