CORN STARCH CONCRETE

Abstract

This research explores the use of corn starch as an admixture in cement concrete, aiming to improve performance and reduce environmental impact. The study evaluates the mechanical properties, workability, and durability of concrete with varying corn starch proportions. The research also explores the environmental implications of using corn starch, highlighting potential reductions in carbon footprint and energy consumption. The findings provide valuable guidance for engineers, researchers, and policymakers in developing eco-friendly concrete formulations.
