The educated women do not want to confine their lives within the four walls of the houses. They demand equal respect from their partners. Women constitute the families, which lead to society and nation. In spite of all the social hurdles, appreciable percentages of women have become successful in their works in home and business places. These successful women have made name, fame and wealth for themselves with their hard work, intelligence, competence and will power. They have the ability to learn quickly from others, persuasiveness, problem solving skills, willingness to take risks and chances, ability to motivate people, knowing how to win and lose gracefully proving themselves excellent Indian women entrepreneurs. Against this background, the present study deals with the level of satisfaction of the women entrepreneurs about their entrepreneurship in Erode District of Tamil Nadu. The findings also indicate that the most of the sample women entrepreneurs were low level of satisfaction.
