The depiction of toxic masculinity and the exaltation of violence in Sandeep Reddy Vanga's 2023 Hindi film Animal are examined in this article. The research shows how the movie perpetuates traditional ideas of masculinity through violent deeds and hyper-aggressive behaviours by analysing the narrative structure, character arcs, and visual portrayal. Although Animal emotionally connects with viewers, its conceptual approach poses important queries regarding its societal ramifications. The study sheds light on the ways that films reinforce negative stereotypes and proposes substitute narrative techniques that strike a balance between responsible portrayal and pleasure.
