Title

AuraScheduler

Abstract

Event Tracker is a smart venue booking and event scheduling platform designed for educational institutions. It leverages artificial intelligence for conflict detection and time-slot optimization, while ensuring secure access through email-based token authentication. Unlike blockchain-based systems, it uses lightweight hash-based verification for maintaining booking integrity. The system includes an interactive calendar interface, real-time notifications, and role-based access controls to prevent unauthorized usage and enhance scheduling efficiency.
