In this paper, we prove the existence and uniqueness of common fixed points for pairs of self-maps that satisfy the contractive conditions of Kannan types in a complete S-metric space. By applying appropriate contractive condition, we extend known results in fixed point theory and provide new insights into the behavior of such mappings. In addition, an example is also provided to illustrate the existence and uniqueness of common solution.
