Acne vulgaris, a multifactorial skin disorder, requires a comprehensive treatment strategy. This study explores the efficacy of homoeopathic management in treating acne vulgaris, focusing on individualized treatment based on the totality of symptoms, constitutional characteristics, and miasmatic background. A retrospective analysis of cases treated with homoeopathic remedies showed significant improvements in skin condition, reduction in recurrence, and enhancement in quality of life. The homoeopathic approach addresses underlying causes, modulates the immune system, and promotes overall well-being. This holistic approach offers a safe, non-invasive, and patient-centric alternative for acne management, warranting further research and integration into mainstream dermatological care.
