Title

Study and Performance Analysis of OLED

Abstract

The objective of the chapter is to study the basic structure of organic light emitting diode. Various material technologies used in OLED has been discussed along with its principle of working. Further, various types of OLED are discussed in brief accompanied with their method of fabrication. Thereafter, the structure of OLED has been simulated and their performance characteristics have been observed using the Atlas-2D Silvaco simulation tool.
