The present study was conducted on 105 respondents belonging from Thane, Navi Mumbai and Mumbai Region to test the hypotheses (H₀): There is no significant relationship between entrepreneurs' perception of m-commerce and their adoption of key features, strategies, and concerns about data security and future trends and (H₁): Entrepreneurs who perceive m-commerce as essential for modern business are more likely to adopt key features, strategies, and have concerns about data security and future trends. Result of the study shows that people are more acquainted with mobile commerce and ready to use it in their business. They are also aware of the challenges. Mobile Commerce needs to maintain data security as in the future it is more likely to change the trend with the inclusion of Artificial intelligence and different payment methods.
